Sometimes in the troubleshooting process, a WordRake support agent will ask you to do a "screen shot". A screen shot is a snapshot of your computer screen and usually what we are looking for are any error messages you see during installation or from the license box.
First, be sure the error message is visible on your computer screen. Press Ctrl+PrtSc (it may also say Print Screen). Then open your email with WordRake support and press Ctrl-V (the paste function) and this will insert your screen shot into the email message.
Alternately, if you have the Windows button on your keyboard you can press Windows button+Shift+S and using your mouse drag a box around the section of your screen you want to have captured. Then use Ctrl+V to paste the information into the body of the message.
