In the troubleshooting process, a WordRake support agent may ask you to capture a screenshot. A screenshot is a snapshot of your computer screen. WordRake usually needs this to see any error messages you receive during installation or from the license box.
First, be sure the error message is visible on your computer screen. Press Ctrl+PrtSc (it may also say Print Screen). Then, open your email with WordRake support and press Ctrl+V (the paste function), and this will insert your screenshot into the email message.
Alternately, if you have the Windows button on your keyboard, you can press the Windows button+Shift+S and, using your mouse, drag a box around the section of your screen you want to have captured. Then use Ctrl+V to paste the information into the body of your email message.
