Each WordRake license is specific to a single computer, so if you have done one of the following processes, we will need to generate a new license for you to continue using WordRake.
- Upgraded an old computer to a new computer
- Upgraded your existing computer to a new version of Windows or a new version of Office
- Changed the computer name of your computer
- Replaced a faulty hard drive
