If the WordRake ribbon seems to roll up after each button use, there is a setting that needs to be changed so that the ribbon remains in place for easier use.
Here's what it might look like when "Collapse the Ribbon" is active (or "Minimize the Ribbon in Word 2007):
To resolve follow these steps:
- Click on the WordRake tab
- Right Click in any of the empty grey area
- Click on the option that says "Collapse the Ribbon" (or "Minimize the Ribbon in Word 2007) to deselect it
