Updating the Payment Method for Your Subscription

To avoid any interruption to your WordRake subscription, please make sure you have a current payment method on file. This is the payment method that will be used when your subscription automatically renews. 

It's important to have a valid payment option so that you can continue to renew your subscription at its original base price. If your subscription is cancelled due to an invalid payment method, you will have to purchase a new subscription at the current price, which may be higher than what you paid for your original subscription.

  1. Open Microsoft Word, or open Microsoft Outlook and click New Email/New Message.
  2. Click on the WordRake tab in the top ribbon to the right of center.
  3. Click on the License button with the gold key: NEWWinWord4-License.PNG
  4. This should open the license box. In this box, click on the blue Manage Subscription link to take you to the browser page that will allow you to update your payment method. Manage Subscription Callout - License Box.PNG
  5. On the browser page, click on the Edit Subscription link next to the green arrow. FastSpring landing page.png
  6. On the next page, you have the options to update your payment method or your address. Choose Update Payment Method and click Next.FastSpring - edit subscription.png
  7. On the next page, update your payment information and click on the Update Payment Method box with the green check. FastSpring - update payment method.png
  8. Clicking on Update Payment Method will take you to the next page, which should verify that you have successfully updated your payment method. FastSpring - payment method confirmation.png
