Automatically renewing subscriptions were added with the release of WordRake 4.0. Cancelations of subscription licenses can be initiated at any time, and take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. To cancel your subscription:
- Click the License button on the WordRake ribbon.
- Click “Manage Subscription”.
- On the webpage that opens, click “Cancel Subscription”.
- On the “Confirm Cancelation” page, click confirm.
You can also request subscription cancelation by contacting support, but note this method may take 1-2 business days for the cancelation to be processed.
