Subscription licenses, on sale starting October 4, 2022, are automatically renewing. These were added due to customer request, to eliminate having to manually repeat the purchase process every time licenses expire.
Cancelations can be initiated at any time, and take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. To cancel your subscription:
- Click the License button on the WordRake ribbon.
- Click “Manage Subscription”.
- On the webpage that opens, click “Cancel Subscription”.
- On the “Confirm Cancelation” page, click confirm.
You can also request subscription cancelation by contacting support, but note this method may take 1-2 business days for the cancelation to be processed.
If you would like to buy WordRake but cannot enter into an automatically renewing subscription agreement, non-subscription licenses (which don’t automatically renew) are also available for purchase. For non-subscription licenses, the renewal process is the same as buying your first license; you’ll need to complete a new purchase after each expiration, and once you finish the purchasing process, we’ll email you a new license key to input into WordRake.
